RIGHTS OF WITHDRAWAL/RETURNS POLICY
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement without penalties and without explanation in a period of (14) fourteen business days of receiving the goods.
What you need to do is give us notice of your intention to withdraw from the agreement by e-mail to the address firstname.lastname@example.org.
After receiving our authorization and within the same period of (14) fourteen business days, you have to return the goods in full and packed in their original carton, with relevant receiving note and adequately packaged, to the following shipping address:

Shipping charges for returning the goods are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. As soon as we have received the items we will refund you the value of the goods for which we have authorized the return right, to the credit card, bank account or PayPal account used for the payment of the order, within 14 days.
It is also possible to exchange the item, following the same procedure. In that case we are in charge of the shipping and handling charges for the correct item.
No rights of withdrawal from the agreement shall be applied in case of purchase of tailor-made and custom-designed items, or if explicitly set forth in the product sheet.
